Stephen Appleby serves as Head Elder at Scappoose-St. Helens Seventh-day Adventist Church, providing steady leadership, pastoral support, and spiritual encouragement to our church family.
A skilled carpenter and cabinet maker by trade, Stephen brings the same patience, precision, and craftsmanship from the woodshop into church life and ministry. Outside of his work, Stephen is an avid outdoor enthusiast who loves exploring the Pacific Northwest through hiking, kayaking, and rock hunting. He is dedicated to mentoring, practical ministry, and fostering a welcoming, Christ-centered community for all who walk through our doors.
